Turkish coffee

1) COFFEE SELECTION
From freshly roasted seeds, use Turkish coffee made with powdered pearl.

2) PORTION
For each serving, put a crumb sweet dessert coffee in an empty, dry cezvein.
Precaution Note: Use a reasonable size coffee pot for the portion size so that the frothy foam is the most suitable consistency and can swell up to the height of the cup.

3) HOW DO YOU RECEIVE?
Add sugar in the desired amount.

4) WATER QUANTITY
Fill a coffee cup with water at room temperature for each serving and add a coffee pot.

5) MIXING
Mix the ingredients well before you place the coffee pot on the fire. (Do not mix it with clarity after placing it on fire.)

6) COOKING
Place the coffee pot on top of the fire with low calorie. (Cook for 3 minutes on average.)

7) EQUAL FOAM DISTRIBUTION
First blister (about 80 degrees): The coffee will start foaming.
Before the foam spills out, remove the coffee pot from the fire and pour the foam evenly into the coffee cups.
Then place the coffee again on the fire.
Second blister (approximately 90 °): The foam will rise again.

Remove the coffee pot from the fire before it overflows. Let her rest for a few seconds. (If you prefer, you can repeat this step, but be careful not to boil the coffee. Otherwise, the coffee will be bitter and juicy.) In other blisters, as in the first blister, evenly divide the foam into the cups. Serve a glass of water beside the servants who will come out.
